Experience.
The experience and knowledge that the artist develops over time is what defines a master. Mastering ones work is something that cannot be done without experience. Experience is the result of many years of work and life situations blending together to form a unique style and ability to focus the viewer on what matters most within each composition.

Creativity.
Achieving a specific goal, emotion or end result is what defines a great work from a mediocre one. Creativity defines specific elements within that piece of work to catch the viewers eye, convey a message or a call to action. Developing that skill is primary to achieving those specific goals set forth for each piece of artwork.
